Return Policy

Items that don’t require installation -

Items delivered will be returned at the buyer's expense. A 20% restocking fee will apply to each return. Each returned item must be received in new, saleable condition and in its original, new, saleable packaging.

Items that require installation –

Items that are delivered and installed at the customer premises will not be accepted for returns.

Cancellation Policy

For cancelling pre-paid orders, there will be a charge of 2% for the payment processing provided the product is not shipped from the warehouse. Once the product is shipped from the warehouse a 25% shipping charge will be applicable for restocking.

Refund Policy

All refund requests will be processed within 7-10 working days once the product is picked up from the customer premises after deducting any applicable charges.
