1. Introduction

Welcome to www.knightshot-ksa.com, the Knight Shot KSA website operated by Mr. Hasnat Akram referred to in these Terms as “Knight Cue Sports KSA”, “we”, “our” or “us”.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases made through it. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and any delivery, installation, return or warranty terms applicable to your order.

Registered legal entity: Mr. Hasnat Akram
Registered address: Al Yousef Complex. Shop 3., Hafsa Bint Umar Street, Al Rawdah District, Al Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot be waived under applicable Saudi law.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the transaction. A parent or legal guardian must place purchases on behalf of minors.

If purchasing for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.

3. Customer Accounts

You must provide accurate and current account, billing and delivery information.

Keep your login details confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms. This does not remove your rights relating to existing purchases.

4. Permitted Website Use

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems or information without authorisation.
  • Introduce malicious software or interfere with website operation.
  • Use automated tools to disrupt the website or extract protected information without permission.

Reproduce or commercially exploit protected website content without authorisation.

5. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs and availability information.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Product images may show accessories or room settings that are not included; the description identifies what is supplied.

Please check dimensions, playing space, access requirements and intended usage before purchasing. Contact us if you need help confirming suitability.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.

Orders are subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. We may decline an order before acceptance because of:

  • Product unavailability.
  • A material pricing or description error.
  • Unsuccessful payment.
  • Reasonable concerns about fraud.
  • Delivery restrictions that prevent fulfilment.

We will notify you if we cannot fulfil your order and refund amounts paid for the cancelled items. For accepted orders, any cancellation remains subject to applicable law and your contractual rights.

7. Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Cash or card on delivery is available only where expressly offered for the product and delivery location.

Payment must be completed according to the terms confirmed for your order. Never send card security codes, passwords or one-time verification codes to our staff.

8. Prices and VAT

Website prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Consumer prices include applicable Saudi VAT. The standard VAT rate is 15% for standard-rated supplies.

Delivery, installation and other applicable charges will be disclosed before you confirm your purchase.

Prices may change for future orders. Changes do not retrospectively alter accepted orders, except where required by law or expressly agreed with you.

If we identify a material pricing error, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

9. Invoices

We issue tax invoices, simplified tax invoices and related credit notes as required by applicable Saudi tax and electronic invoicing rules.

An order acknowledgement or payment receipt may be separate from the applicable tax invoice.

Business customers should provide their correct legal name, billing address and VAT registration number when placing an order.

Issuance of a legally required invoice is not conditional on requesting it within a particular customer-service deadline.

10. Pre-Orders and Special Orders

Products identified as pre-order are not available for immediate dispatch.

The expected availability, payment requirements and delivery arrangements will be stated on the product page or confirmed in writing before acceptance.

  • Cash on delivery is not available for pre-orders.
  • Estimated arrival dates may change because of manufacturing, shipping or customs delays.
  • We will communicate material changes to the expected schedule.
  • Cancellation and refund rights remain subject to applicable law.

Custom-made or personalised products may have different change-of-mind cancellation or return conditions. Any applicable restrictions will be disclosed before purchase and will not remove rights concerning defects or goods that do not match the agreed specifications.

11. Delivery

We deliver to locations in Saudi Arabia that we or our delivery partners can service.

Delivery charges, eligibility for free delivery and estimated timelines will be stated at checkout or confirmed before acceptance. Free delivery applies only where expressly offered.

Please provide an accurate address, telephone number and any relevant access restrictions.

For large products, including pool tables, snooker tables, table tennis tables and fitness equipment, please confirm doorway, staircase, lift and room dimensions before delivery.

Special handling, crane services, restricted-access delivery or additional labour may incur charges. Such charges must be disclosed and agreed before the additional service is provided.

We will notify you of material delays. Your cancellation and refund rights for delayed delivery remain available under applicable Saudi law.

12. Installation and Site Requirements

Installation is included only where expressly stated.

Before installation, you must arrange:

  • Safe and suitable access.
  • Sufficient space and clearance.
  • A suitable, level supporting surface.
  • Any necessary building permissions.
  • Suitable electrical connections where required.

Drilling, specialist mounting, civil works, electrical alterations and removal of existing equipment are excluded unless specifically agreed.

If installation cannot proceed safely, we will explain the issue and discuss the available arrangements. Additional work or revisit charges require prior disclosure and agreement.

13. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect the products where reasonably possible and notify us promptly of damage, missing parts or an incorrect item.

Photographs and delivery details can help us investigate.

Signing a delivery receipt does not waive rights relating to concealed damage, defects or other statutory remedies.

14. Returns and Cancellations

We accept change-of-mind return requests within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition, with their accessories and original packaging.

Assembled or installed products are generally excluded from this additional change-of-mind policy. This exclusion does not limit any statutory cancellation right or remedy for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Custom-made or personalised goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.

Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for reasonable return transport costs disclosed in advance. Where a return results from our error or a confirmed defect, we will arrange the appropriate remedy and bear costs required by law.

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us promptly. We will confirm the order status and applicable cancellation arrangements.

These conditions supplement, rather than replace, mandatory Saudi consumer rights.

15. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

We aim to process refunds within 7-14 business days after approval and any required return inspection, subject to any shorter mandatory legal deadline. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to display the credit.

For cash payments, we will agree on an appropriate refund method.

Refunds and any lawful deductions will be explained. We do not impose deductions that conflict with mandatory consumer rights.

16. Warranties and Product Suitability

Warranty coverage and duration depend on the product and the terms provided at purchase.

Products may be designated for:

  • Home use.
  • Semi-commercial use.
  • Commercial use.

Choose equipment suitable for the intended environment and follow the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions.

Misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper maintenance or use beyond the specified rating may affect warranty coverage to the extent permitted by law and relevant to the fault.

Using home-use equipment commercially may exclude damage caused by that use. It does not automatically remove unrelated statutory rights.

Keep your invoice or other proof of purchase for warranty enquiries

17. Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information.

Essential cookies support website functions such as shopping baskets and checkout. Where required, we request consent for optional analytics or advertising cookies.

Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking.

18. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, branding and software, belongs to us or the relevant rights holders.

You may use the website for personal shopping and legitimate business enquiries. Copying, distributing or commercially exploiting protected content requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

19. Liability

We remain responsible for obligations and remedies imposed by applicable law.

To the extent legally permitted, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential business losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the website or products.

Any contractual limitation of liability applies only where legally enforceable. It does not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or other matters where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Website Availability and External Links

We take reasonable steps to maintain website availability and security, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or events outside our control.

Third-party websites linked from our website operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Website interruptions do not remove your rights concerning accepted orders.

21. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruption or major infrastructure failures may delay performance.

We will notify affected customers and take reasonable steps to reduce the disruption.

Such events do not automatically remove applicable cancellation or refund rights.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and purchases through this KSA website are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. You remain entitled to approach the competent Saudi authorities and courts.

Nothing in these Terms restricts access to mandatory consumer complaint or dispute-resolution channels

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. The revised version will show an updated date.

Orders already accepted remain subject to the terms applicable when accepted, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law
